Benefits-Based Accountability

Welcome to Olmsted Falls Middle School's Benefits-Based Accountability page!  Here you'll learn more about the benefits our building is currently focused on, what we are doing to maximize each benefit for all of our students, and how we are monitoring our success.

The first graphic below summarizes this work and is also on display in our building in poster format for students, families and visitors to view.

Sharing Our Work

Providing opportunities for all members of our school community to learn about and understand our Benefits-Based Accountability work is an important component of its success.

Olmsted Falls Middle School is proud of the highlights and information about our work that we were able to share in Our School Report: Benefits-Based Accountability Special Edition, a recent issue of our district newsletter dedicated exclusively to Benefits-Based Accountability across all five school buildings.

Diving Deeper

Student voices are important at Olmsted Falls Middle School. We have engaged our students in the process of identifying key benefits and worked together on this special video to share about the benefits identified.  We invite you to watch and learn more.

During our professional development days, our teachers work collaboratively to design engaging student lessons and work that is relevant, interesting, and meaningful. The graphic below illustrates the roadmap our teachers use in this process.

Thank you for taking the time to learn more!
